Ed Eppley

Ed helps organizations, executive teams and individuals gain clarity, increase accountability, and take action to advance rather than oscillate. Currently, Ed works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni’s books. His clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including distribution, logistics, manufacturing, construction, chemical processing, financial services, technology, healthcare and professional services. Spending over 25 years as a professional development consultant, Ed brings a tremendous breadth of practical business experience to his clients. He’s been exposed to hundreds of different companies. Nothing surprises him. He has a unique capacity to help organizations and executive teams identify and implement the critical elements that matter most. Ed is a serial entrepreneur. He has started and sold a number of businesses, including several Dale Carnegie franchises, an ad agency, and a call center, among others. Ed lives with his wife, Fran, in the Columbus, Ohio area and has two grown children.
