Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, a multitude of things have changed – from how we approach everyday life to the structure of a normal workday, nothing feels the same. And in that shift, an interesting trend has emerged: people are quitting their jobs for a variety of reasons, including better career opportunities, changes in their life circumstances, or for some, burnout. Some are even exiting the workforce entirely. In the midst of these concerns, there’s good news for the employers who make the changes necessary to meet the needs and expectations of the workforce of today, in order to remain competitive and to grow their businesses in the future.
