The CLDA hosted its second annual Virtual Shippers Exchange on Wednesday, March 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET via Zoom. At this members-only* networking event attendees participated in three shipper-carrier roundtable sessions lasting 50 minutes with participants grouped by the vertical they are most interested in. Shippers were asked to explain their verticals and what they look for in a successful partnership with a carrier. Carriers were given the opportunity to introduce themselves and speak to their companies and geographic areas of service. Shippers and carriers were then encouraged to engage in discussions on how they can best partner to meet each others needs.

The annual CLDA Final Mile Forum & Expo (FMF) is the premier logistics event for supply chain leaders operating in the final mile space, and is the year’s best opportunity to expand your knowledge, build your network, and explore the latest products and solutions.
Given the recent resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic, CLDA leadership announced on January 10, 2022 that this year’s FMF would be postponed out of caution for the health, safety and overall experience that the association plans to deliver to our members, attendees, and the industry at-large during this annual event. The 2022 FMF event will now take place Wednesday, June 29 through Friday, July 1 in the exuberant city of Miami at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The CLDA 2020 Executive Leadership Summit: Strategic Survival took place September 23-24 in our first-ever virtual format and included some 125 leaders in the logistics industry from 26 states.
