Brian Surber is a leader in the last mile space having been employed and actively involved with the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA), previously the MCAA, ‎for ~18 years. Ten of those years have been proudly representing Priority Dispatch, Inc. – one of the ‎founding companies of the association. During this time, Brian has contributed to the CLDA as a Committee ‎Member, Panelist, Presenter and Moderator. Not to mention being published numerous times in ‎miscellaneous trade publications supporting the last mile space. It is with humility and unwavering ‎commitment he seeks to give back further to the organization that has given him so much by serving as a CLDA ‎Board Member.

Key Software

Charlie Pisciotta is on the business development team of Key Software, an industry-leading carrier management software provider, for 13 years. Throughout that time, Charlie has worked on software support, mobile app deployment, and has been on the business development team for the last 10 years. He has helped hundreds of carriers migrate, adopt, and deploy technology throughout their business. This includes working directly with carriers and shippers to help integrate seamlessly with shippers’ software to streamline their workflow.

President of On Time Delivery Inc. headquartered in Pittsburgh , PA.  OTD has distribution facilities in Pittsburgh, PA and Altoona, PA. Responsible for sales and marketing, new account implementation and financial management of the business. OTD is family owned and operated and was founded in 1979.  We service national and regional shippers with a focus on scheduled high value & time definite shipments. OTD has serviced the Pharmaceutical industry since 1995.

Mr. G. Eddie Pillow holds an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing ‎from Hampton University. Mr. Pillow spent more than 15 years in sales and marketing roles with Sanofi ‎Aventis, Eli Lilly & Company and GE Capital on the West Coast prior to accepting the position of President ‎for Pillow Logistics. Mr. Pillow has served as a member of Rotary International, the Indianapolis Chamber, ‎Board member of WFYI, Board member of Child Advocates, a “Big” with Big Brothers of Central Indiana ‎and Committee member on the Mid States Minority, Minority Input Council.‎

In October 2019, Mr. Pillow was named President of Pillow Express Logistics. Under his leadership, Pillow Express has grown from 30 couriers and 15 employees to over 150 couriers and 50 employees in two States. Prior to his promotion as President, Mr. Pillow oversaw Sales and Strategic Planning for Pillow Express. Pillow Express has had a long history with the CLDA with its founder Mr. George Pillow Jr. being an active board member of the then MCAA in the mid-1990s.

With 15+ years of LTC pharmacy experience, Fady currently provides leadership and support to the Michigan, Minnesota and Tennessee pharmacies. Prior to joining Polaris Pharmacy Services, Fady was the General Manager at Remedi SeniorCare’s largest pharmacy in Troy, Ohio, servicing over 25,000 beds in 17 states. Before receiving his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceuticals from the University of Alexandria, Fady worked as a pharmacy technician for 4 years, then as an intern during school. While no longer living in Ohio, Fady continues to be a loyal Cincinnati Bengals fan.

Before co-founding The 357 Company, Kevin Schultz served as Vice President at Verano Holdings LLC, a vertically integrated company of medical and recreational medical industry licenses. In that role, he had a strong focus on the entire supply chain while ensuring compliance and production goals were being strategically planned for to supply the market with consistent and safe products.

Prior to that, he designed and built out the B2B wholesale divisions in Illinois and New York for PharmaCann LLC – also a national vertical medical industry operator. Both states were highly regulated by strict medical industry laws that required compliant transportation standard operating procedures to safely deliver products to dispensaries.
Kevin founded and operated several businesses including those specializing in the distribution of implantable medical devices to surgeons, pharmaceuticals, and operational efficiency software to hospital C-suites and operating rooms across America. His career in logistics started in 1998 with American Backhaulers - acquired by CH Robinson. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Prasad Sharma

Prasad Sharma is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, where he is co-leader of the firm’s government affairs practice and counsels clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters and the intersection of law and public policy.  His practice includes crafting multi-state advocacy initiatives to address legal concerns facing motor carriers, drafting comments in support of or against regulatory measures, and advising on the ever-changing landscape of law on arbitration in the transportation realm.

Prior to joining Scopelitis, Mr. Sharma worked in various legal roles at American Trucking Associations, Inc. (“ATA”), last serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and responsible for overseeing the legal function at the leading trade association representing the trucking industry.   In this role, he counseled the ATA Board of Directors and ATA professional staff on a variety of legal issues, including contractual relations, intellectual property, real estate, election law, corporate governance, and employment matters.  With respect to advocacy, he assisted in shaping ATA’s labor and regulatory policy, drafted legislation and comments to rulemakings, and routinely advised the policy and legislative divisions on the impact of legislation and/or regulation. 

Previous to ATA, Mr. Sharma worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a large, national law firm, where his practice focused on environmental and federal legislative and regulatory issues on behalf of multiple clients.  His public policy experience also includes time working as a legislative aide to then Senate Majority Leader Robert Dole (R-KS), where he focused on foreign policy, defense, and international trade issues.

            Mr. Sharma received his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and his B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.  He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Despite periodic misgivings, his wife, daughter, son, and dog consider him family.

Ryan is the CEO and 2nd generation owner of Now Courier, based in Indiana. He grew up working in the family business, took time to get his degree from Miami University, and eventually came back to work in the family business for the last 19 years. Ryan is passionate about the courier industry and all the great things it does. His people are his passion and he takes great pride in the team they have built at Now Courier.
