Gene owns and operates the Marks Group PC, a highly successful ten-person firm that provides technology and consulting services to small and medium sized businesses. Prior to starting the Marks Group PC Gene, a Certified Public Accountant, spent nine years in the entrepreneurial services arm of the international consulting firm KPMG in Philadelphia where he was a Senior Manager.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 21, 2022 to CLDA Headquarters. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after January 21, 2022. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite by emailing us. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
