Book your room at Caesars Palace, the host property for the 2021 Final Mile Forum, for the special rate of $165 per night plus a reduced resort fee ($39) and local taxes. The group rate is available up to two (2) days before and after the event. If you would prefer to make your reservation via phone, call the Reservation Center at 866-227-5944 to book your room – but be sure to mention our group, CLDA 2021. Please be aware, however, that a processing fee will be incurred for booking via phone as opposed to online.
An iconic Las Vegas property, Caesars Palace sets the standard for opulent details and impeccable service. When you’re not attending Final Mile Forum events, unwind and enjoy 10 bars/lounges and 22 restaurants, or test your luck on the casino floor, home to 185 table games and more than 1,300 slot machines. Hotel check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. The full property map can be viewed here.
The housing cut-off date is Monday, May 31. After this date the room rate will be based upon availability.

Travel
Getting to Vegas
McCarran International Airport (LAS) is located 3 miles (15 minutes) from Caesars Palace. Commercial shuttle busses are available 24 hours daily outside of baggage claim and depart the airport every 15-20 minutes. The ticket price is $10 per person one way and discounted round trip fair is $18 (price subject to change). Taxi fare is approximately $25-$30 each way (depending on traffic), and Uber/Lyft is approximately $10-$15.
Delta Airlines Discount
CLDA is once again partnering with Delta Air Lines to offer special discounted round trip airfare in 2021. Discounts vary depending on the class of ticket purchased, with up to 10% off the fare for domestic travel. To take advantage of the discount visit the Delta website, click advanced search, and enter the code NMULH in the Meeting Event Code Box.
Avis & Budget Car Rental Discount
CLDA has partnered with Avis Budget Group to extend their special discounts with CLDA. CLDA Members can enjoy significant savings and benefits as well as negotiated rates. We encourage you to enroll in either Avis, Budget or both! Discount codes can be found below.
You MUST create an account for both Avis and Budget in order to use the discount code. Once you have created an account you should add CLDA’s discount code to your profile. For this you’ll need your driver’s license and credit card ready.
