The 2026 CLDA Fly-In & Advocacy Summit brings our members directly to Capitol Hill to advance the policy priorities that shape the customized logistics and delivery industry.
Over two focused days in Washington, DC, participants will engage with federal lawmakers, regulatory officials, and policy advisors on the issues that matter most to our businesses.
This event is open to CLDA members and prospective members. This is a free event but we ask that all attendees make a contribution to our Advocacy Fund; advance registration is required. We've secured a block of hotel rooms an Hyatt Place Washington DC/Georgetown/West End, 2121 M Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037, USA. Meet with TSA officials and members of CLDA's TSA Sub-Committee for a focused policy briefing and discussion.

CLDA CONNECT Networking Event
Join fellow CLDA leaders for an informal networking reception to strengthen relationships and continue advocacy discussions.

Morning Reception & Legislative Briefing

Meet with CLDA's advocacy team for a strategic briefing and preparation session prior to congressional meetings. Receive speaking points and leave-behind materials. Please be prompt.
Congressional Fly-In Meetings
Participants will follow a coordinated schedule of meetings with lawmakers and staff to advocate on behalf of CLDA and our industry.
