Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 20 to CLDA Headquarters. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after January 20, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite by emailing us. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
