Sharai Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer of Adlinc, an outsourcing and logistics coordination company supporting last-mile delivery and courier organizations across North America. She oversees operations, workforce strategy, and process improvement, helping courier and vendor companies scale efficiently while maintaining service reliability and compliance. Sharai brings hands-on experience addressing key industry challenges including 24/7 operations, staffing models, compliance, and customer service performance. She is an active member of the CLDA and serves on the CLDA Membership Committee, supporting member engagement and onboarding. Sharai is committed to advancing CLDA’s mission and strengthening the last-mile delivery industry.
