Join us in Washington, DC on March 26, for our annual Fly-In, where we’ll come together to amplify our collective impact, advocate for final mile companies, and reinforce the importance of the independent contractor (IC) model.
This is your opportunity to engage directly with policymakers, educate them on the challenges facing our industry, and ensure they understand the vital role we play in the supply chain. Your participation strengthens our advocacy efforts and helps shape the future of final mile logistics.
Don’t miss this chance to stand with industry leaders and make a difference. RSVP for free and be part of the conversation that drives real change!
Advocating for the customized logistics and delivery association is one of CLDA’s top priorities. When our members unite, we speak with a powerful voice that is recognized by regulators and legislators at the local, state, and national level. See the news articles below to learn about our recent activities. And, consider donating to the Advocacy Fund so we can continue to make a difference for your business!

Government Affairs Committee
The Government Affairs Committee serves as the voice of CLDA on Capitol Hill in the 50 state capitals and within regulatory agencies to advance the interests of the same day expedited delivery industry.
Indirect Air Carriers
Many CLDA member companies are engaged as Indirect Air Carriers, or IACs, and are subject to strict regulation by the TSA. These companies tender cargo to and from airlines and are a crucial part of the international trade network.
State Associations
Advocacy efforts from strong, independent state associations are crucial to protecting our livelihoods, especially at local regulatory and legislative levels.
