CLDA is excited to host the first national in-person conference for our industry, and as the FMF approaches we are continuing to ensure that your safety is our foremost consideration. Our plan is to adhere to the most up-to-date CDC guidelines and to take extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety during the event. Keep reading for additional information.
Yes, the 2021 Final Mile Forum & Expo will be held in person at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from June 23-25.
While not required, mask wearing is encouraged. CLDA will be providing complimentary reusable masks for your convenience. Hand sanitizing stations will be distributed throughout the event as well.
Social distancing will be encouraged per the latest updates from the CDC and state and local guidance.
We will still provide hot breakfasts, lunches and heavy reception-style food, but it will be a bit different. These will not be self-serve and may be individually plated.

Our plan is to hold the Final Mile Forum as we have in the past. This will include one primary general session room, smaller rooms for educational breakout sessions, and the CLDA Exchange Hall. Meal functions will be hosted in the Exchange Hall with social distancing enforced, and an outdoor reception will be held on Thursday evening.
Yes, the CLDA Exchange Hall will exist as it has previously, but will feature additional directional and social distancing signage. Social distancing will be encouraged, and the hall will have seating for meal functions.
We ask that exhibitors and attendees to do their best to social distance both within booths and in the overall Exchange Hall.
Yes, we will have an outdoors reception on Thursday, June 24. Masks will not be required, but social distancing guidelines will be encouraged.
